About the project
Intellidry is a young company founded by a farmer and IT professionals with the goal of bringing older grain dryers into the 21st century. If the metal shell of your grain dryer is in good condition and meets your needs, there is no need to replace it. Instead, the dryer can be upgraded with state-of-the-art technology, enabling remote management, artificial intelligence capabilities, and enhanced energy efficiency.
Our solution includes installing the IntelliDry control panel into the existing electrical system. We connect the control panel to the main panel, enabling motor control. Additionally, we install temperature sensors on the dryer’s intake and exhaust air ducts as well as in various dryer sections. The farmer can grant operators access to remote control, reducing the need for constant on-site presence. Furthermore, feeders and distributors can be automated and integrated into the dryer’s remote control system.
Our long-term goal is to create an AI-based drying process management service that predicts the completion time of each batch based on the initial moisture level and temperatures.
